Share People Hub, in partnership with global company, is searching for a Quality Assurance, for a Remote role.
What you’ll do
Be part of a software quality assurance platform team, directly contributing with Quality initiatives and strategy, helping to build and spread it.
Ensure the Acceptance Criteria
Participate in the refinement meetings to understand the requirements of the initiatives, raising blocks if needed
Actively participate in the Agile rituals
Ensure process good practices and improvements
Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the stakeholders
Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
Manage test repositories
Monitor our tests results
Help to build mechanisms to extract metrics, that support continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering/computer science or Information Technology related areas
Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques
Experience with manual API testing / documentation
In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle
Comprehensive analytical skills
Experience with web test automation frameworks, like Playwright and/or Cypress
Experience with mobile test automation with Appium.
Experience in test specification, preparation, execution and reporting
Experience in defect analysis and reporting
Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Jest framework.
Knowledge with performance/load testing using tools like K6 or Jmeter
Experience with Git
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
Knowledge in monitoring tools, like Data dog or New Relic
Advanced english
