;Job Summary: ;
As a Researcher at Venture People, you will support the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing high-potential candidates for various roles within our startup clients. Your work will be critical in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition and gain deep insights into the startup ecosystem. ;

;Key Responsibilities: ;
– Talent Sourcing: Utilize various methods, including job boards, social media,
databases, and networking events, to identify and source potential candidates. ;
– Candidate Screening: Assist in the initial screening of candidates to assess
qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. ;
– Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends,
talent availability, and competitive landscape. ;
– Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking
system (ATS) accurately and efficiently. ;
-Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and
support the recruitment process. ;
– Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through various communication channels to
build relationships and maintain their interest. ;
– Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure sourcing activities to ensure the
effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process. ;

;Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. ;
– Strong interest in startups and the innovation ecosystem. ;
– Excellent research and analytical skills. ;
– Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for sourcing and research. ;
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. ;
– Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. ;
– Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. ;
– Digital Fluency: Comfortable using ATS, LinkedIn, and other digital tools. ;
– Networker: Ability to build and leverage a strong professional network. ;
– Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the startup landscape and key industry players. ;
– Ethical Conduct:
High ethical standards and integrity in all interactions. ;
– Content Consumption: Engages with industry content to stay updated on trends and best
practices. ;
